A- Teenager / Adult

It is a 3-year-course (from Level 7-12) for teenagers and adults. The curriculum for this course focuses on four macro skills: Speaking, Reading, Listening and Writing as well as grammar. When have full of abilities of English on four macro skills to face the challenges in both national and international labor markets successfully.
- From Level 7 to Level 9, students are studying with foreign teacher one day per week.
- From Level 10 to Level 12, students are studying with foreign teacher two days per week.
- When graduating from level 12, students are awarded two kinds of certificates:
1. The  Local Certificate which issued by BELTEI Head Office.
2. The International Certificate TOEFL given by ETS from USA or IELTS given by British Council, University of Cambridge from UK and IDP Australia.

* Certificate of Teenager / Adult Level is awarded to those who complete and pass the course.

B- Teachers

All teachers at BELTEI International Institute are qualified for the Foundation Level. They were awarded Primary and Higher Pedagogy certificates and some of them are pursuing their Master Degrees. They are all patient, creative, talented and have years of experience in teaching children, which make them easy to understand receiving a real knowledge and capacity.

C- Classroom

Each classroom is equipped with Air Conditioners and Camera to keep in touch with students’ activities and teachers’ teaching. The number of students is limited to 20 to 25 in each classroom. BELTEI creates and strengthens English speaking atmosphere both in the classroom and in the school compound. From level 1-3, students are allowed to speak Khmer 50 per cent and English 50 per cent, From level 4-6, students are allowed to speak Khmer 30 per cent and English 70 per cent.

D- Teaching Materials

BELTEI International Institute installs posters on the walls in each room, and there are portable LCDs, Overhead Projectors, TV, Flash Cards, Story Cards, Internet and E-mail, language laboratory, large library, and an exclusive modern generator which facilitate the school in case there is a blackout.

E- Study Tour

Students in Level 4 and 5 are travelled to visit the Royal Palace and Level 6 has to see the National Museum once a year. After the visit, students are asked to write down their interest of the trip in order to get marks to complete their Level.

F- Course Curriculum

All books, study and teaching materials are sponsored and supported by McGRAW-HILL Education, one of the biggest book publishers in the United States.

G- Admission Requirement

Students enrolling into BELTEI International Institute's ESL classes have to take a writing test and interview to assess their English proficiency they are allowed to studyat the appropriate.
