A- Junior High School

BELTEI Junior High School is one of the biggest, most campuses, most inexpensive private schools and a leading one in providing educational services on General Education, whose curriculum is accord with the Ministry of Education Youth and Sport’s. Particularly, BELTEI adds English language to the titles and the sub-titles of every lesson and one session of Computer studies per week, Taekwondo and Khmer traditional martial arts classes (for Grade seven and eight). Grade nine students are invited to take special extra class on Sundays. BELTEI’s students pass their grades, Junior High School examination (Bathoma Phum), and get the place of outstanding students in municipal and national examination almost 100 per cent every year.

B- Teachers

All teachers at BELTEI International School are qualified for the Grades. They were awarded Secondary Pedagogy certificates and some of them are pursuing their Bachelor Degrees. They are all patient, creative, talented and have years of experience in teaching children, which make them easy to understand receiving a real knowledge and capacity. Particularly, a teacher can teach only one subject in BELTEI.

C- Teaching Materials

BELTEI International School installs posters on the walls in each room, and there are portable LCDs, Overhead Projectors, TV, Flash Cards, Story Cards, Internet and E-mail, language laboratory, and large library and an exclusive modern generator which facilitate the school in case of a blackout.

D- Classroom

Each classroom is equipped with Air Conditioners and Camera to keep in touch with students’ activities and teachers’ teaching. The number of students is limited to 30 to 40 in each classroom.

E- Study Tour

Students in Grade 7 are travelled to visit the National Museum and Grade 8 and 9 students have to see Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum once a year. After the visit, students are asked to write down their interest of the trip in order to get marks to complete their grades.

F- Examinations

Students are measured their abilities through Monthly test and Semester Examination, whose time and exam papers are seriously and carefully prepared to meet the standard; whereas, Grade 9 students are sent to take the Semester exams (one and two) with other students at the public school. BELTEI’s students have the same rights to take every public examination as those at public schools.

* Any students who want to transfer to study abroad – the United States, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and other countries are officially recognized and offered the same level or grade done in BELTEI.
